SQU Portal provides you with personalized information. To prevent other people accessing your personal information from SQU portal, you should Logout (top right) and close your web browser completely when you have finished working with SQU portal.

Remember! You should always logout, and close the browser once you have finished using SQU Portal.

  1. How do I log in to the Portal and access my presonal information?
    Open a browser,
    login using your SQU username and password which you’re using to access internet. If you experience any problems, please call ext: 2819, 2882 or 2883 and we will be happy to help you.

  1. Who can access SQU Portal?

Current SQU student, faculty, technical or administrative staff are the only users who are allowed to access SQU Portal, Temporary staff or visitors have no access to SQU Portal as they can not benefit from the service we provide.

  1. Why are the courses I am teaching not listed when I log into the Portal?
     first check if the window has not been collapsed and you do that by clicking on a small arrow at the top right corner of the display window. Clicking on it again will restore the window and show the details. If still the details are not showing then your information has not been provided by admission and registration. Contact your department or SIS or admission and registration inform them.
  2. Where can I find my classlist?
    Login to portal and click on academic tab, there you will find a list of all academic related issues.
  3. When do courses appear in the Portal?
    When your department/division creates a course and enters you as the Instructor, you will be able to see.
  4. Can access be given to a guest, someone who is not enrolled in a course?
    No.
